Call recordings and transcriptions 🎙️
You can now automatically record and transcribe your WhatsApp calls, so your team can review conversations and keep a record of what was agreed with each customer.
Once enabled in the WhatsApp Calls settings, it works automatically for all calls on that channel:
🔊 Listen to the recording and read the transcription directly in the conversation history
📋 Find all recordings in the calls log of the Calls report
🔒 Privacy announcement played at the start of every recorded call, with the language of your choice
Recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted. If you need to keep them longer, export them before that period ends: download them one by one from Callbell, or automate it using the Calls API to export in bulk, or the recording webhook to receive each recording in real time.
