The agent can manage conversations and only hand off to a human when a specific condition or requirement is met.

    Cómo va esta solicitud? Ya se está haciendo algo indispensable en la era de la IA… Kommo, Respond.io y otros ya lo tienen hace tiempo. Espero puedan sacar esta mejora pronto!

    También sería interesante que el agente IA pueda ir recopilando información en los campos personalizados y ejecutando acciones a medida que el cliente entrega información.
