Allow to see all chats but to block reply from other agents

Possibility to allow agents to take on new chats on a first serve first come basis. Once the chat is automatically assigned to the agent who first replied, the rest of agents can still see access the chat (add notes and use other features) but they cannot reply to the client.

They mention that currently they have the issue of agents stealing chats from each other and also replying to chats simultaneously so it creates chaos with the clients. Yet they still want to have the first serve first come strategy as it create competitiveness among the agents.

It was suggested to use the "My Chats" feature to allow agents to only see and reply to their assigned chats but they still want to allow agents too check the "All" inbox and competitively reply to the chats. Just that when someone takes a chat, other agents cannot reply.
