Allowing users to save pre-defined filters

Allowing users to save multiple pre-defined filters on the system. This enables agents to navigate more easily & efficently without having to perform a search using filters each time.

The feature should allow an agent to save a specific search and access it simply by clicking on a tag.

This functionality has been suggested by some clients during discussions over the past few months, and I believe it can help agents be more efficient in certain uses cases (for example, when they work by prioritizing requests through tags or when they work in organizations that have pairing systems)
