A client suggested that when assigning a conversation to a team member, Callbell should be able to understand which is the default team of that specific agent and automatically move it to that inbox.
So, in case the agent is part of more than one inbox, there would be the possibility to define which one is the agent's default.
Commented on making this available as a setting that can be enabled or disabled by the person who has access.
