Be able to filter by contacted without answer

Right now we have a filter of "unassigned chats" on My Chats that we don't use because there's no chats "unasigned" on my chats column.
Should be nice have instead a filter of "contacted without answer", so I can check all chats where I sent a template or a message and the client didn't answer yet
