Sometimes we need to send WhatsApp templates in WhatsApp chatbots that follows up with clients on Monday moring when the client texted the Business on Saturdays.
It would be useful to be able to select an action to "send WhatsApp template" as an action to make sure client receive the message when the customer support team is back to work.
