Bulk / Batch Actions

Bulk Actions will allow the user to perform operations on conversations without having to manually do them one by one or by using coding.

Here's an example of what could be part of the batch actions list:

• Assign / Reassign agents
• Tag / untag
• Restart bot
• Add / remove custom field

Ideally we could reuse the segment engine to allow the user to define segments first and apply those operations after selecting it.
