I often encounter this situation where clients/agents work on the chat module by applying filters, such as tags or specific statuses within the funnel.
Today with an applied filter the new conversation should appear under this filter, aern’t update automatically. Instead, agents have to remove the filter and reapply it to see the new conversation. T
he request I’ve received from several clients is to have these conversations update automatically in real time when the filter is applied.
I’ll give an example. An agent is working on the chat module by applying a specific TAG filter. If new conversations are assigned this tag while the filter is applied, the agent will not see them because the filtered conversations do not update in real-time. This results in a continuous removal and reapplication of the filter, which could be resolved by adding this functionality.
