Setting holidays with absence message

Description:
It would be very useful if the platform could allow specific holidays (national or regional) to be configured and custom absence messages associated with them, different from the messages used during regular non-working hours.

Justification:

• In countries such as Colombia, where there are more than 20 holidays per year, manual adjustments are required for each date, which represents a considerable operational burden.

• Many of these holidays do not follow a fixed date (e.g., Emiliani Law transferable holidays), which makes it even more important to have a flexible and automated tool.

Expected advantages:

• Automation: the system would send the correct message without manual intervention.

• Personalization: specific messages could be included for each holiday (for example: "Today July 20 we celebrate the independence of Colombia. We will attend you tomorrow...").

• Better customer experience: timely, clear and contextualized communication.

Additional suggestion: include an option to automatically import country holidays based on the location of the account, with the possibility to edit them or add customized holidays.
