Contact base with double selection

We have some clients who are asking to upload bases and to be able to choose an agent and team. Will this function perhaps be possible in the future?
For example, we have collection clients who work with different lines associated with a specific team and an agent is on more than one team.
So if they choose the team they cannot place that agent's portfolio, if they choose the agent they do not know which company the portfolio belongs to
