Currently contacts have a random, auto-assigned illustration as profile picture. It would be great if actual profile pictures could be uploaded for each contact, both manually in the UI as well as with the Callbell API.
Hi Nicolas! Thanks for your comment. Currently, there is no supported method in the official WhatsApp Business API to access the profile pictures of individual users. This limitation is in place to protect user privacy and comply with WhatsApp’s data protection policies.
For this reason, we cannot implement this on our side

Thank you for your fast reply Pedro! I didn’t mean the profile picture the users have on WhatsApp but the ability to replace the profile picture illustration in Callbell from our end. We do have profile pictures for all contacts and it would be amazing, if we could upload them to Callbell. All other contact details can already be changed through the API, the profile icon is the only thing currently missing :)
