When one has connected wps in the callbell crm, and from that mobile phone uploads statuses, with regulations, news, info, promos or whatever, and the person who sees it answers it, in callbell only arrives what the person answered, for example, "Hello", but as the agent who sees the message can never know or determine if that hello comes from word of mouth, or from some page or is answering the status of wps, this should have been fixed this bug some time ago, and yet today it continues.
