Enhancing the internal notes functionality

It would be interesting to work together on improving internal notes to make them more efficient and somewhat similar to an internal live chat system.

Instead of developing a full-fledged internal live chat, we could consider creating a hybrid system where internal notes allow further interactions among agents.

Here are some examples of how I imagine this functionality:

1.  The ability to reply to an internal note as if it were a Slack thread. This would prevent situations with multiple Scattered sequences of internal notes on a single conversation and create a more streamlined communication system. Automatic notifications could be sent to all participants of a specific thread (e.g., if user B replies to a thread of an internal note created by user A, where user C is mentioned, both users A and C would receive a notification).2.  The ability to include, alongside text, media such as images, documents, and audio files in the notes, which could be viewed internally and remain private within the system.3.  A reaction system that allows quick responses to a specific internal note.

These are some ideas and suggestions that I believe could make internal notes more powerful, efficient, and performant while addressing customer requests for internal chat functionality.
