Customized statuses, e.g. by licenses.

To be able to implement that each agent can place a personalized status to appear in the conversations assigned to him, for his specific customers. Ex: when we are on leave, if the client writes to the agent assigned to the conversation, he/she will know that he/she will be absent for a few days.
