Exclude contacts from segments with specific tags

With the new feature to send broadcast campaigns to segments, we have the opportunity to customize even more the segments to create more powerful campaigns.

An idea is to remove from a segment contacts with specific tags.

For example, when contacts reply to our campaigns saying that they no longer want to receive our messages, we add the tag exclude from broadcast, so when we create a new campaign, we remove those contacts from the list. We also remove tags like disqualified lead, callbell shop, etc.

Another case is when we send a broadcast campaign to customers, but we remove the ones with the tag churn.

I assume that it would be something similar to the screenchot attached. We filter contacts that match a condition and don't match others (in this case, the condition is "tag", but it could be others like "inbox", "channel", "funnel", etc)
