Informational banner for chatbot duplication

For technical reasons related to the type of certain message templates, it is currently not possible for a client to duplicate Independently. a chatbot and assign it to a channel of a different type than the one it is currently associated with.

This duplication is, however, possible by contacting Callbell support.


I suggest adding a small informational banner when attempting to modify the channel, with a message like: “Do you need to associate this chatbot with a different channel than the one currently in use? Please contact support.”
