Métricas por Funnel
Me gustaría realizar una propuesta para obtener métricas para el funnel. Esta herramienta la utilizamos para indicar el proceso en el que se encuentra la conversación con el cliente, y como manager el poder obtener la cantidad exacta de cada step que está en el funnel ayudaría mucho, ya que actualmente: filtramos - luego contabilizamos chat por chat.

Conversation Funnel Analytics
In my opinion, to make it more comprehensive, we could add a dedicated section for the "Conversation Funnel" in the statistics. it would be interesting for users to have a report on the number of chats that are in a specific Funnel during a given period. If there were a possibility to filter by date and by whether a chat is closed or open (even better).
