Name in bold for Instagram, Facebook and Telegram
Instagram and Facebook do not recognize a word between *, as a word in bold.
So when an account has the feature "Show Agent Name in Reply" enabled, it sends the agent's name between *, but not in bold.
Maybe we should desable this feature for Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram?
