New BOT Action - Send to Webhook

This action will cover all the following use-cases:

• Sync with external CRM / APIs like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc
• Load data from an external API to store it to a local variable (e.g. product availabilities, product catalog, etc.)
• Perform Logic based on remote state (e.g. check if a coupon code is valid)
