Onboarding Enhancements

We would like to change the current onboarding flow by making the following changes:

• Make the phone number mandatory
• Send a first template + create a contact with a custom field with the language
• Create a bot specifically to handle leads doing the onboarding

The goal of this change are the following:

1. Qualify the lead using some automation (bot + templates). Every contact gets followed by the bot and eventually gets assigned to a human agent
2. Guide the user through their onboarding by using the bot as learning experience
