Possibility of adding TAGs to a broadcast

This is the possibility of having a TAGS column in the CSV file that is sent to the broadcast, where the TAG that the user wants is automatically added to the contact to be sent the message.

One use case is when the user wants to filter the contacts to find out who responded to their campaign.
