It would be nice if the chats when filtering "scheduled chats" appear in the order of "closest reminder", this is to be able to advance the follow-up work if necessary, to know what the next reminder is coming.
Also to see how many chats are scheduled for each user and when it is scheduled for. Would also work if there could be a reason for the sheduled chat, and bulk editing the sheduled chats.
