The funnel metric can measure when a conversation is assigned to the funnel for the first time.

In the conversation funnel metric, if the client filters by "last message created at," they would expect to filter conversations by the last message sent (for example, 5 days ago, yesterday, today, depending on the filter). However, there’s no way to filter based on when the conversation moved into that funnel. Many clients, especially those tracking their sales, have requested a feature that allows them to see the specific moment (or date) when a conversation transitioned from one funnel to another.
