The phone number visibility settings should be configurable only for certain team members

Some customers request that the phone number visibility settings be adjustable for specific team members, as they have members who only use Callbell to extract data and track it on their personal cell phones. Currently, this feature, when activated or deactivated, applies to all members, so it would be beneficial if it could be applied only to certain individuals.
