Although the bot restart tool is general, if the customer has multiple integrated lines, they are not given the option to choose which line they want the automatic bot restart to apply to; instead, it applies to all lines, making manual bot restart the only alternative. It would be beneficial for the customer to have the option to choose the channel in which they want the bot’s automatic restart to apply, especially if they have many integrated channels with the bot active
