To wait 20 minutes before displaying on UI that a template has been approved

Once a template is approved by WhatsApp, it still take arround 20 minutes until the user is able to send it through Callbell. It's a commom request to the support team that clients can't send a templates which has just been approved.

error: "Template name does not exist in the translation. The template (template_name) does not exist in the specified language and locale, or the template has not been approved"

The negative implication of this release is that it would take 20 minutes longer to figure out whether Meta has approved the template or not.
