Track chat events/comments in the contact field

One of the most important reasons for using a CRM is tracking the events and commenting important milestone during the sales/cx process. With that said, it would be very nice having a tracking of events at Callbell as well.

Something like we have in Ploomes where I comment new updates and what the lead and I disscussed during a call to review it in the next steps.

Maybe an good approach is to record all the internal notes we add in chat in the contact field. So we could use internal notes to make comments and updates during the sales process, and we can review it in the same place, rather than scrolling the screen up
