Enlarged view for images sent via live chat

I've noticed that customers are having trouble viewing images sent via live chat properly, as they appear in a small size. This prevents them from clearly seeing important details within the images.

It would be ideal to have a feature that allows them to enlarge the images (for example, by clicking to view them in a larger size or in full screen). This would improve their experience and make it easier to understand the visual information shared during the conversation.
