Restrict tag creation
It would be great to have an option to prevent agents (who do not have access to configuration) from creating new labels, since within the chats, when they are going to assign a label, we give the option to write the name, but if this does not exist, we gives them the option to create it as a new one

Creacion de etiquetas segun rol o perfil de agente
Actualmente cualquier agente puede crear una nueva etiqueta desde el menu superior (dentro de una conversacion). En caso de que un agente busque una etiqueta y presione enter, esta queda registrada sin pasar por un nivel de aprobacion. Seria ideal que la creacion de nuevas etiquetas dependiera del rol del agente o bien sea una atribucion solo para administradores.

Restricción de Creacion de Etiquetas por parte de los Agentes
tener la posibilidad de elegir si el agente puede crear una etiqueta, o solamente los superagentes/administradores, para mantener el orden y la cantidad necesaria de etiquetas que se usarán.
