AI agent actions 🤖
Your AI agent can now update contacts and conversations on its own, without extra steps in your bot flow.
In the new Actions tab of each agent, you can enable:
📝 Update custom fields with information collected during the chat
🏷️ Add tags to the contact, from a list you define
👥 Assign to a team once the agent finishes its goal
🗒️ Add an internal note with context for whoever picks up the conversation next
✅ Close the conversation automatically when the goal is complete
You stay in control of what the agent can do: it only uses the fields, tags, and teams you select, and cannot create new ones.
