You can now make and receive WhatsApp calls directly from the Callbell mobile app. Here's what's available:

• Initiate calls to customers from the app

• Receive calls with push notifications when a new call comes in

• See the calls history to track all past calls

To receive call notifications, make sure to enable them in the app's settings screen.

Call settings and eligibility are managed from the WhatsApp Calls settings page. This feature is available to all clients eligible to make calls via the WhatsApp API. Learn more about the requirements here.

Update required: make sure your Callbell app is updated to version 3.3 or later.
