Chat input settings 💬
We introduced three optional settings in the Chat input settings to help your team group their replies into a single message and reduce your WhatsApp costs with Meta.
↩️ Pressing “Enter” jumps to a new line instead of sending the message. Reduces consecutive messages by 16,5% on average
✏️ Minimum characters to send a message, preventing short replies like “ok” or “thank you” from being sent on their own. Reduces consecutive messages by 9,4% on average
🔔 Notify agents after 3 messages in a row in the same chat, reminding them to group their content. Reduces consecutive messages by 7,9% on average
