Admin Control over Agents’ Status

We’re excited to introduce an update that enhances administrative controls in your Callbell environment, making it easier to manage your team’s activity statuses effectively.

Admins now have the ability to update the statuses of their agents, providing greater flexibility and team management capabilities.

How to Use This Feature

  1. Navigate to the "Teammates & Permission" section at https://dash.callbell.eu/settings/team

  2. Select the agent whose status you wish to change.

  3. Update their status as required.
