  • Send multiple messages, attachments, or instructions at once.

How to use:

  1. Goes to the automations page: https://dash.callbell.eu/flows/triggers

  2. Create an automation by selecting a template or starting from scratch

  3. Once saved, the flow becomes available for agents in the chat module.

  4. Agents can trigger the automation at any point during a conversation, letting the chatbot handle tasks efficiently.

This update empowers agents to combine the personal touch of human conversations with the efficiency of automation, saving time and improving client experience. 🚀
