Hello, everyone! 👋
A while ago we released, only for our Public API, the feature of allowing users to set custom statuses, besides `available` and `away`. Now this feature is also available on our dashboard. 🚀
To get started, go to the settings menu and choose the option "Custom Status" and create a new custom status of your preference.
Then, to set a custom status, the user will click on their avatar picture on the bottom left of the screen and select the option "Update your status".

When a user sets a custom status, other users will be able to see it in the "Assign Conversation" option on the top menu, as well as above their avatar picture.

Additionally, these changes will be reflected in our webhook event for agent status updates and in team members information in our Public API.
