Just like the web version (see here), we’ve added the “All teams” filter to the mobile app. This lets you view all conversations at once without having to switch between teams.

You can also filter for “Not assigned” chats, so you can prioritize conversations that haven’t received a first response yet.

The best part? You can combine all these filters to customize your chat view as you prefer.

Finally, we’ve improved the chats view to update new messages automatically (no need for manual refreshes anymore), and fixed an issue to perform searches from the mobile app ✨
